Army Commander General Joseph Aoun has said that the military is adamant in its battle against terrorism, adding that Daesh (ISIS) is adopting "lone wolf" plots in Lebanon.The army and security forces have been cracking down on sleeper cells as part of a comprehensive security plan since the northeastern border town of Arsal in the Bekaa Valley was briefly overrun by extremists in 2014 .The army chief said that the Lebanese Army was capable of controlling 70 to 80 percent of the situation in Lebanon. Some were killed in captivity, however, and nine army personnel are still being held by Daesh.
