The Internal Security Force's Anti-Drug Bureau in south Lebanon earlier this week raided a factory and warehouse being used to manufacture narcotics, arresting two people. The ISF reported seizing 9 kilograms of marijuana and hashish after raiding the factory in the Tyre district Wednesday night and arresting the owner and another suspect, security sources said. Upon arresting the suspects, investigators seized 6 kilograms of marijuana in various forms, 3 kilograms of hashish, 30 grams of hash oil, two weighing instruments, ingredients for manufacturing hashish and three computers.The drug is smuggled in and out of Lebanon and increasingly produced in the country.
