A public prosecutor Thursday issue a statement insisting the judiciary was fulfilling its duty after media reports of a scandal at a local hospital and claims the legal system was not acting on the case.Local media reports claimed that there had been three court hearings since 2014 that were directly related to the case.The case was then transferred to Beirut's First Investigate Judge Ghassan Oweidat in 2015 who received a document from the public prosecutor which raised a number of charges against Baalbaki.
