Speaker Nabih Berri Saturday expressed his hope that Lebanon would defeat Daesh (ISIS) on the same day the country defeated Israel during the July 2006 war.Speaking during a meeting with Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Ali Larijani, in Tehran, Berri also expressed his support for Lebanon discussing the issue of refugee repatriation with the Syrian authorities. Berri praised the overall security situation in Lebanon and the stability of the country, saying that things was better than in many countries in the region or Europe.Touching on the issue of the Syrian refugee presence in Lebanon, Berri noted that it was placing certain burdens on Lebanon.
