Energy and Water Minister Cesar Abi Khalil Saturday said that the return of Lebanese nationals displaced by the 1975-1990 Civil War can be achieved through renovating the old infrastructure.Abi Khalil said that Jiyyeh's power supply will increase following the renovation of the electricity power plant located in the town.Abi Khalil also said that corroded pipelines waste water supplies and once the old pipelines are changed Chouf residents will receive more water to their homes and businesses.
