The following security-related incidents took place across Lebanon Tuesday. FIVE ARRESTED FOR LINKS TO DAESH The Lebanese Army arrested five people over suspected links to Daesh (ISIS) during a raid on an informal refugee settlement, state media reported. According to the National News Agency, Army Intelligence arrested the five suspects in a raid of an informal refugee settlement in Masharih al-Qaa, in the outskirts of Al-Qaa. The suspects were interrogated inside a military barracks in the area, the NNA reported. SYRIANS ARRESTED FOR SUSPECTED FORGERY Four Syrian nationals suspected of forging Syrian taxi licenses were arrested in Zahle's Taalabaya, the NNA reported Tuesday. Both suspects have been referred to the judiciary for further investigation.Three Syrian nationals and four Lebanese nationals were arrested.
