The legal representative of TV presenter Marcel Ghanem has asked that the judge overseeing his case be changed after the judge "illegally" refused to accept Ghanem's preliminary defense.When the judge refused to accept the documents from an intermediary on Monday, he also issued a warrant of imperative attendance against Ghanem.Harb alleged that Mansour refused because he had been told not to accept the documents in order for the warrant of imperative attendance to be issued in an escalatory "insult" against Ghanem.In November, Mount Lebanon Attorney General Judge Ghada Aoun charged Ghanem with contempt and obstruction of justice after he was accused of criticizing both the judiciary and the justice minister on his weekly talk show "Kalam Ennas," in an episode broadcast on Nov. 16 .
