Prime Minister Saad Hariri Wednesday chaired a session of the parliamentary committee tasked with the implementation of the new electoral law, in the presence of ministers representing various political factions.A statement from Hariri's office listed the ministers in attendance as including Ali Hasan Khalil, Talal Arslan, Nouhad Machnouk, Gebran Bassil, Mohammad Fneish, Pierre Bou Assi, Ali Qanso, Ayman Choucair and Youssef Fenianos, ensuring representation of Amal, the Free Patriotic Movement, the Lebanese Democratic Party, the Future Movement, Hezbollah, Lebanese Forces, the Syrian Socialist Nationalist Party, the Progressive Socialist Party and Marada Movement.
