Interior Minister Nouhad Machnouk Friday said security measures must be increased over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.Present in the meeting was State Prosecutor Judge Samir Hammoud, Director-General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Imad Othman, and other security officials.The meeting was devoted to the discussion of security measures during the holidays, particularly around public spaces, places of worship and other prominent areas, the statement said. Machnouk Friday was briefed on the latest developments by General Security Director General Maj.
