A Lebanese man in the United States has been charged with operating a brothel in several high-end apartments in California's Orange County, the country district attorney's office announced in a recent statement.The suspect, identified as 53-year-old Fadi Boulos Chaiban, and his partner Tina Lorraine Saunders, also 53, were both charged on Feb. 2 with leading a "sophisticated brothel operation at multiple high-end apartments" involving 29 women.Chaiban is charged with 29 felonies of pandering, three for pimping and two for conspiracy to commit pandering. The statement added that he remains in custody on a $3 million bail and if convicted faces more than 45 years in prison.
