Prime Minister Saad Hariri discussed Thursday the economic impact of additional sanctions against Hezbollah in meetings with senior U.S. officials in Washington, D.C., according to a statement from the prime minister's press office released Friday.Part of a five-day visit to the United States, Hariri's meetings Thursday with officials from the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C. focused for the most part on events in Lebanon. The announcement came after Hariri's meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson at the State Department, in Washington.Hariri leaves Washington later Friday.
