Palestinian Islamist factions in south Lebanon's refugee camp of Ain al-Hilweh Thursday called on Lebanese fugitives in the camp to hand themselves over to security forces. The factions also vowed to cooperate with the Lebanese security forces to resolve the cases of all wanted Palestinian nationals, calling it a "positive" step towards social stability and security at the south Lebanon Palestinian camp.Extremists often take refuge inside the camp, which is off-limits to the Lebanese security agencies.A security source had told The Daily Star Tuesday that the Lebanese authorities were urging the dominant factions in the camp to hand over 128 wanted suspects.
