Lebanon must continue to work toward the ideals of the March 14 coalition, Prime Minister Saad Hariri said Tuesday as he marked the 12th anniversary of the Cedar Revolution.The Cedar Revolution – a string of protests held in Beirut and throughout Lebanon that began on March 14, 2005 – was triggered by assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri and called for the removal of Syrian influence from Lebanese politics.The March 14 alliance, a political bloc, formed out of the protests.Kataeb leader MP Sami Gemayel said that his party is still committed to the Cedar Revolution.
