A Lebanese judge charged former Ogero Director-General Abdel-Moneim Youssef Wednesday for negligence and squandering of public funds, a judicial source told The Daily Star.Financial Prosecutor Judge Ali Ibrahim referred the case to Beirut's First Investigative Judge Ghassan Oueidat, the source added.Local media reported that Youssef missed his court hearing on March 6, as he was in France for medical treatment.The network, which Murr was allegedly connected to, was discovered and shut down earlier this year, along with the three others that were detected in nearby areas.
