Prime Minister Saad Hariri Thursday capped his visit to Cairo by holding a meeting with his Egyptian counterpart Sharif Ismail.Hariri is expected to return to Beirut Thursday afternoon after attending the Lebanese-Egyptian Joint Higher Committee, which will meet for the first time in seven years.In Cairo, Hariri is leading a delegation that includes Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister Ghassan Hasbani, Education Minister Marwan Hamadeh, Agriculture Minister Ghazi Zeaiter, Finance Minister Ali Hasan Khalil, Interior Minister Nouhad Machnouk, Culture Minister Ghattas Khoury, Public Works Minister Youssef Fenianos, Energy Minister Cesar Abi Khalil and Economy Minister Raed Khoury.
