Hezbollah's Loyalty to the Resistance bloc Thursday blasted Saudi Arabia and its allies' stance at the Arab summit, which implicitly targeted Iran's "interference" in the affairs of Arab states. As at previous summits, leaders of the 22-member Arab League have criticized Iran without naming the Shiite-dominated country, which is the main regional rival of Sunni-ruled Saudi Arabia. The bloc, however, praised Aoun's speech at the Summit, which they said expressed Lebanon's national stance. It also called for the new state budget to be referred to Parliament "soon," along with the audit of the $11 billion extra-budgetary spending that occurred during Prime Minister Fouad Siniora's 2005 government.
