Hezbollah's deputy leader Sheikh Naim Qassem launched a scathing attack on the United Nations Monday after he met with the organization's Special Coordinator for Lebanon Sigrid Kaag.Qassem did not hold back after the meeting, telling reporters that a recent statement made by U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres against Hezbollah was an American-Israeli project to create division among Lebanese nationals over the role of Hezbollah.A spokesperson for Kaag Monday night said she did not issue a statement following her meeting with Qassem.
