Authorities in Sidon are currently focused on holding accountable those who instigated clashes that rocked the city earlier this week.With the capital of the south still mending itself after a dispute Monday between generator owners left two dead, the families of the victims are requesting that the state pursue the main suspect, generator company owner Saleh Shehadeh. The security situation in Sidon continued to be among the city authorities' top priorities Wednesday, as they sought to soften the repercussions.Sidon Municipality also intends to reconsider the way in which the private generator sector functions in the city.The Resistance Brigades, which is mostly comprised of Sunni supporters from Sidon, said that the residents of the city were well aware that the fighting was over a generator turf dispute.
