Economy Minister Raed Khoury said Saturday that Lebanon was no longer capable of hosting Syrian refugees, and that the government planned to develop a solution.Khoury called on local authorities and municipalities to play a bigger role in ensuring Syrian refugees are accounted for and working legally.Khoury said the government was also responsible.Khoury did, however, note that international bodies had called for the Lebanese government to carry out strong reforms.
