The Cabinet Thursday condemned Israel's illegal use of Lebanese airspace to bomb Syria, with President Michel Aoun describing the Israeli action as an attack on national sovereignty.Aoun also said Lebanon would file a complaint with the United Nations Security Council over Israel's violation of Lebanese airspace to attack Syria.Russia's Defense Ministry Monday said that two Israeli F-15 warplanes had launched eight guided missiles from Lebanese airspace, targeting a government airbase near Syria's Homs.The Cabinet, which discussed 55 items on the agenda, witnessed a heated debate between Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil and Finance Minister Ali Hasan Khalil over the long-running electricity crisis.Khalil at the time struck back at Bassil, accusing him of attempting to steal $50 million worth the value added tax levied on the Deir Ammar project.Bassil rejected Khalil's argument.
