Lebanese citizens living in non-Arab foreign countries began heading to the polls overnight Saturday and Sunday morning in a historic expat vote, with the number of voters in Australia -- the country with the most Lebanese expats – already hitting 4,648, state-run National News Agency reported.Polls also opened late Sunday morning in countries across Africa with significant Lebanese populations, including the Ivory Coast and Senegal, though voting numbers were not yet released.Lebanese voters were also set to cast their ballots Sunday in dozens of other countries across the world.
