A woman from a southern Lebanese border town was handed over to the Lebanese Army Sunday morning, a UNIFIL spokesman told The Daily Star, hours after Israeli forces reportedly seized her.UNIFIL spokesman Andrea Tenenti confirmed to The Daily Star that the incident had taken place, but could not give details on how or why Dali was taken into Israeli custody.Dali was handed back to the Lebanese Army by Israeli forces near the border at around 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning, Tenenti said.
