MP Chamel Roukoz said Friday that Thursday's meeting between Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri and caretaker Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil was a "positive step" toward forming the government.Roukoz, who is a son-in-law of Aoun, the FPM's founder, may be referring to the FPM's demand that it will have 11 ministers in a 30-member Cabinet. One of the three main obstacles Hariri faces in forming the new government is the Lebanese Forces' demand for a so-called sovereign ministry – Interior, Foreign, Defense and Finance.
