Sheikh Ali al-Khatib, the first deputy head of the Higher Shiite Council, denounced the stalling in Cabinet formation in an Eid al-Adha speech Wednesday in the western Bekaa's Lebbaya mosque, according to the state-run National News Agency.The speech came amid the third month of a stalemate in Cabinet formation following the parliamentary elections in May.Finally, Khatib praised the sacrifices of the Palestinian people and their resistance in the face of the Zionist occupation.
