Cabinet is set to meet under President Michel Aoun at 11 a.m. Thursday at Baabda Palace, ending a two-week hiatus caused in part by political tensions between the president and Speaker Nabih Berri.The Cabinet agenda includes 93 items, including requests by several ministers for allocations of extra-budgetary spending; approval of ministers' travels to attend conferences abroad as well as Aoun's planned visits to Iraq and Armenia.Environment Minister Tarek Khatib said that he would ask the Cabinet to approve $20 million dollars to begin the closure and rehabilitation of informal dumps across Lebanon.
