A Mount Lebanon judge Thursday issued an indictment in the case of British national Rebecca Dykes, demanding the death penalty for her killer.It detailed what happened the night of Dykes' killing and called for the maximum punishment for the defendant.Dykes' body was found on Dec. 16, 2017 near the Metn expressway.A graduate of the University of Manchester, Dykes was employed by the British Department for International Development and had moved to Lebanon in January 2017 to work at the U.K. Embassy. Since early December 2017, at least eight women have died violently at the hands of men in Lebanon, including Dykes.
