Speaker Nabih Berri said Lebanon is united against the Israeli construction of a wall on the Blue Line dividing the two countries and confirmed the U.S. was mediating on the situation.Satterfield visited southern Lebanon early Thursday and later presented proposals to President Michel Aoun on ways to maintain stability along the border with Israel in addition to confirming the U.S's continuous support to the Lebanese state.Berri briefly touched on the recent dispute with Aoun over a decree promoting Army officers, that was resolved Thursday when Berri agreed to sign a new version of the decree.
