Speaker Nabih Berri Sunday told visitors to his Ain al-Tineh residence the recent downing of an Israeli jet by Syrian anti-aircraft batteries would lead to a change in regional dynamics and was the "first of its kind in decades".Berri said a meeting between Israel and Lebanon with UNIFIL mediation would take place Monday to assess Israel's response to Lebanon's position on the southern border wall, which he said Israel was informed of by Lebanon in a meeting last Monday.Lebanese leaders, including Berri, President Michel Aoun and Prime Minister Saad Hariri, have all condemned Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman's recent statements at a conference in Tel Aviv that Lebanon's licensing of southern Block 9 was "very provocative," and that Israel owned the block.
