French Ambassador to Lebanon Bruno Foucher Monday announced the launch of two French-Lebanese scientific research programs for 2018 .The Hubert Curien Cedar program is a global initiative aimed at creating bilateral research teams between France and abroad, according to the statement.According to the statement, Safar offers qualified Lebanese students short-term scholarships for scientific research and allows them to travel to France, and awarded 43 scholarships this past year.
