Prime Minister Saad Hariri said Wednesday that he was trying to stabilize Lebanon's political and security spheres in order to create conditions for business and development to flourish.Arabnet is a Lebanese organization that explores the trends and opportunities in financial technology, banking, and transactional businesses, chiefly in the Middle East and North Africa region.Hariri in his speech underscored the importance of embracing emerging technologies for Lebanon's development.
