Estonian Foreign Minister Sven Mikser issued a stark warning Wednesday that European aid to rebuild Syria would likely depend on President Bashar Assad's departure.Mikser was also careful to distinguish between reconstruction aid and humanitarian assistance.Lebanon imported $3 million worth of goods from Estonia last year, according to Lebanese Customs.Estonia does, however, provide significant aid to help Lebanon with the influx of Syrian refugees. Estonia has one platoon – about 40 soldiers – assigned to UNIFIL.
