The tension between the Lebanese Forces and the Future Movement appeared one step closer to towards being resolved Thursday after LF chief Samir Geagea welcomed a high-ranking official from the "Blue Party".Following a Cabinet meeting held earlier in the day at the Grand Serail, Culture Minister Ghattas Khoury was delegated by Prime Minister Saad Hariri to head to Maarab – home to the LF headquarters – alongside Information Minister Melhem Riachi. The meeting between Khoury and Geagea is expected to prove to be a preliminary step towards a coming meeting between Geagea and Hariri.
