President Michel Aoun is set to travel to Kuwait Tuesday after the original trip scheduled for last November was postponed due to Prime Minister Saad Hariri's shock resignation one-day prior.Aoun will head the delegation comprised of Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil, Interior Minister Nouhad Machnouk, Telecoms Minister Jamal Jarrah, Minister of State for Administrative Development Inaya Ezzeddine and Minister of State for Human Rights Affairs Ayman Choucair. Prime Minister Saad Hariri visited Kuwait in August to address this issue.
