Former MP Walid Joumblatt took another jab at Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil and the Free Patriotic Movement Tuesday morning in an attack on the party's approach to dealing with the country's budget deficit.Joumblatt also lashed out at Bassil for dealing with his Syrian counterpart Walid al-Moallem.Bassil sent a letter to Moallem in late May expressing concern over the conditions to implement the law and how it might hinder the return of refugees, such as those in Lebanon, to their homes. On Monday Bassil blamed Syrian refugees for the economic crisis, but Joumblatt was quick to condemn Bassil's claims.
