The Military Tribunal sentenced a man to 10 years' hard labor Friday on terrorism charges for planning to detonate a car bomb in the southern suburbs of Beirut, the state-run National News Agency reported.Lebanese Army commander Gen. Joseph Aoun Friday visited the family of slain Army soldier Ali Mustafa, who died following clashes with armed fugitives in Tripoli last month.Aoun assured the family that all those involved in Mustafa's death would be arrested and handed over to the judiciary, according to a statement from the Army.The clashes on May 23 left Mustafa with a fatal head wound; five other soldiers were injured.
