Two top ministers Wednesday signed a petroleum sector capacity-building and assistance contract with the Norwegian Agency for Development Coordination, a statement from the Lebanese Foreign Ministry said.Caretaker Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil and caretaker Energy Minister Cesar Abi Khalil signed the contract with Norwegian Ambassador to Lebanon Lene Natasha Lind at the Foreign Ministry. Lind praised Lebanon's progress in the oil sector, particularly its legal framework and efforts towards transparency and good governance.
