A tweet from former MP Walid Joumblatt Friday sparked an open-ended confrontation between the Progressive Socialist Party and President Michel Aoun's political party.FPM MPs also questioned the timing behind the verbal attack on Aoun having come days after Joumblatt went on an official visit to Saudi Arabia for the first time since ties between the sides soured.PSP MP Wael Abu Faour chimed in, saying the FPM "choir" would remain "under the sand" while Joumblatt would remain "high like a falcon".PSP MP and caretaker Education Minister Marwan Hamadeh also leapt in to criticize Aoun and his term.
