In a televised speech Thursday, Hezbollah secretary-general Hasan Nasrallah delivered his opinions on the delay in forming Lebanon's new government.Nasrallah also discussed the issue of Syrian refugees in Lebanon.According to Nasrallah's plan, Hezbollah will contact Syrian refugees directly to compile lists of names of refugees who desire to return and will present the lists to the Syrian government in coordination with Lebanese General Security. Tyre MP Nawwaf Musawi will be in charge of Hezbollah's operation to assist with Syrian refugee return, Nasrallah said.
