A state prosecutor has launched a case against former Internal Security Forces head of cybercrimes to the military court for fabricating evidence against actor Ziad Itani that implicated him as an Israeli spy, a judicial source told The Daily Star.The case was referred to Military Prosecutor Peter Germanos who will assess the evidence and pass the case to Military Investigative Judge Riad Abu Ghaida.A judicial source told The Daily Star Tuesday evening that a review of the case against Itani by the ISF Information Branch had shown "clear" evidence that former Hobeiche had been involved in framing the actor.
