The Special Tribunal of Lebanon announced Wednesday that the defense team for Hussein Hassan Oneissi is scheduled to present its case between April 10 and 20, on the order of the Trial Chamber.The Trial Chamber directed Oneissi's counsel to suggest a video-conference testimony, which may take place over days.At the conclusion of the prosecution's hearing in early February, the Oneissi defense team set out a "judgment of acquittal," arguing that the evidence linking Oneissi to the crime was insufficient and flawed.Oneissi is one of four suspects on trial for involvement in the attack.
