Progressive Socialist Party leader Walid Joumblatt has added his voice to the critique of Syria's controversial Law 10, tweeting overnight and Wednesday morning that the measure "completes the [Assad] regime's and Daesh's destruction of Syria".Law 10, issued last month and ostensibly aimed at setting up a general organizational plan in areas destroyed by the Syrian war, requires Syrians to register their private properties within 30 days, or have it seized by the state. Joumblatt has been heavily critical of the Syrian government, and vocal in his stance of rejecting normalized relations between Beirut and Damascus.
