Three men, including partner at information security firm Krypton Security Khalil Sehnaoui, were indicted Wednesday for their suspected involvement in a major hacking operation that targeted Lebanese banks, government institutions and security agencies.Sehnaoui was arrested a few days after Saqr's and Chamas' arrests, for his alleged involvement in the Ogero hacking case, which is being tried separately in a civilian court that has yet to issue indictments. While Saqr and Chamas said that Sehnaoui hired them to hack and steal the sensitive information from each of Lebanon's security agencies, their testimony at the court focused on their actions against the ISF.Saqr told investigators that Sehnaoui provided him with all the tools to pull off the operation, including the necessary program to infiltrate security institutions. Saqr added that Chamas helped him in hacking the server of IDM, the internet provider responsible for hosting the sites of the General Security, State Security and all the emails of these two agencies. Chamas' testimony was similar to that of Saqr's. Chamas claimed that he was only involved in hacking the websites of security institutions, which involved hacking IDM.
