When students return to class at the International College next Monday, they'll be learning under a new educational approach. The IC will adopt the internationally recognized Charlotte Danielson Framework, according to a report released by the school Monday. The framework also encompasses four domains: planning and preparation, the classroom environment, professional responsibilities and instruction.Teachers and administrators will also be mentored by the Danielson Framework's creators.A four-day workshop titled "Danielson Workshop: Enhancing Professional Practice – a Framework for Teaching" was held last February where the school's faculty received training from Margaret Leibried of the Danielson Group, which devised the framework.
