The trial of Suzan Hajj Hobeiche, accused of fabricating evidence against actor Ziad Itani, was postponed Tuesday during its first session, a judicial source told The Daily Star.At the Military Tribunal session, the date of trial was pushed to Jan. 25, 2019, after Hobeiche's lawyer requested access to recordings found on phones belonging to Elie Ghabash, a suspected accomplice of the defendant. Hobeiche was charged with committing a felony in May, and was was released on bail and referred to the tribunal, which will eventually issue a verdict in the case.
