The body of Hussein Fachikh, a 25-year-old Lebanese man who went missing after rescuing two people from drowning in a river in Guinea, was found washed up on the banks of the river Tuesday morning.Fachikh had gone missing Sunday morning after being swept away by strong currents in a river north of the Guinean capital of Conakry. Having saved them, Fachikh was unable to fight the strong currents and was swept away, the mayor told The Daily Star.Two relatives of Fachikh, who was working at a plumbing company in Conakry, had set off for Guinea at around 4 a.m. Tuesday morning, local TV channel LBCI reported.According to Fachikh's Facebook page, he had gotten engaged to a Lebanese woman in June.
