Financial Prosecutor Ali Ibrahim Tuesday evening issued arrest warrants for the director of a psychiatric hospital in south Lebanon's Msaileh and a Health Ministry official, a judicial source told The Daily Star.The decision followed the transfer, starting Tuesday morning, of about 170 patients from the hospital after it was shut down over the weekend.Helou had told The Daily Star in a phone call from the hospital that 96 patients were being moved to hospitals Jbeil and Tyre.Jaafar Jaber, a patient at the hospital for seven years, told The Daily Star he was happy that he was about to the leave the hospital.Nadwa al-Dayekh said her brother had been in the hospital for almost six years."The situation here wasn't good, and God just helped us get out of here".Some patients, however, did show some resistance while being transferred and others became emotional over the years they spent at the facility.
