Deputy Speaker Elie Ferzli said Wednesday that a government will be formed before Beirut hosts the Arab Economic and Social Development summit later this month, and called on the concerned parties to compromise to realize the goal."The coming days will witness the formation of the government ... especially because we are approaching the Arab economic summit," slated for Jan. 19-20, Ferzli told Voice of Lebanon (93.3). He called on the relevant parties to make concessions to resolve the issue of representing the six pro-Hezbollah Sunni MPs in the upcoming Cabinet. Qassem Hashem, one of the six MPs, also spoke to VDL on the importance of forming a government before the summit.
