Hariri requests $2.6B for Syrian refugee returns

An earlier version of this article incorrectly stated that Prime Minister Saad Hariri had requested $2.9 billion for Syrian refugee returns, based on figures reported by the premier’s Twitter account. A statement from Hariri clarified that he had requested $2.6 billion.
