A man indicted for hacking websites belonging to state-run telecoms company Ogero and Lebanese security institutions testified Tuesday before the Military Tribunal, claiming he deployed "secret programs" used by the U.S. National Security Agency to carry out his operation.Saqr would also provide Sehnaoui with information he obtained.Finally, he confessed that he had hacked the websites of Ogero; the premiership; the Agriculture, Economy, Education and Justice ministries; and the Ministry for the Displaced.Again, he said he passed along information he obtained to Sehnaoui.
