Lebanese Army warns against celebratory gunfire over holidays

BEIRUT: The Lebanese Army urged citizens over the weekend not fire celebratory gunfire on the occasion of the end of the year holidays.

In a statement Saturday, the army said those violating the instructions would be detained and that legal measures would be taken against them.
